Love drop (5) – When we believe that there is no way out, let us remember that our breaths are counted, that only God knows the day we leave, and that in the meantime we should take advantage of the experience that has been given us. Let’s focus on the positive in our lives, and above all, let’s remember that we are here to serve and give love.

Loving Drop (2) – When uncertainty attacks us, let’s ask ourselves what the worst scenario is and give an answer.  Then we go to the least worst scenario and we also give an answer to it, the mind can calm down, and then we visualize what we really want in our lives.

To keep your mind calm you don’t have to be distracted.  Letting go of the nonessential is the key to focusing on what really matters.  By being aware of the present moment we can find peace and stillness.

But, how do we get rid of the non-essential? What is essential and what is not? How can we listen to the answer within ourselves amidst so much noise?  Actually, the first step is quite easy: just stop and remain silent.  In this lack of action we will begin to find answers.
